Bulgarian Land Development
Bulgarian Land Development is a company incorporated to act as a residential and commercial property developer in Bulgaria. The Company’s initial focus is on resort developments in Bulgaria’s Black Sea and ski resorts, residential property development projects and commercial property opportunities. BLD was admitted to the AIM market in March 2006, following a share placing which raised gross proceeds of £25m. In February 2007 an additional placing raised £15m. Since September 2010 BLD is a private company. Its shareholders are CLS Holdings, AG Capital and Laxey Partners as well as some minority shareholders.

BLD is currently managed by BLD Asset Management. BLD Asset Management is subsidiary of AG Capital and actively manages more than 100 million EUR in real estate assets. The company is in charge of various property portfolios for clients such as bank institutions, investor groups and holdings, individual wealth investors.
